StatPrism is a free and open-source statistical software package for data processing and data analysis, aimed primarily at researchers and students in psychology and the social sciences.[1] StatPrism runs as a desktop application with a graphical user interface and is released under the GNU General Public License.

Features

Data processing

StatPrism facilitates standard data processing pipelines, covering variable transformation such as value mapping, reverse-scoring of items and computation of scale scores. It also supports data quality screening and handling, including long-string analysis, detection of univariate and multivariate outliers, and imputation of missing values.

Data analysis

StatPrism covers descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing, including correlation analysis, t-tests and analysis of variance with non-parametric alternatives and post-hoc comparisons, and contingency table analysis. It also supports regression with moderation and mediation, psychometric methods including reliability analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling, as well as cluster analysis and power analysis.
