Stuart St Paul (born 1954 as Stuart Aikman) is a British film director, former stunt performer, broadcaster, and author. He is known for his work in film and television, including his involvement in Aliens, and for directing films such as Freight and Bula Quo!.

St Paul was born in Walthamstow, London. He attended McEntee Technical High School, where he participated in sports including basketball and competitive swimming. He later represented the University of Sussex in judo competitions.
He began his career as a disc jockey, working at venues including the Lyceum Theatre in London and other clubs in the capital.

Broadcasting and music industry
In 1973, St Paul joined BBC Radio as a technical assistant, working with presenters including Tony Blackburn, Johnny Walker, and Noel Edmonds.
He later worked in the music industry with EMI as a promotions manager at Capitol Records, promoting releases including “Spanish Stroll” by Mink DeVille.
In 1978, he joined Metro Radio in Newcastle as a breakfast presenter, and later worked at Radio Orwell. He also appeared as the character Dave Farrell in the television series Radio Phoenix.
