Founded as Maidbot, the company received a strategic investment from Bissell in 2018.[4] In 2020, PhocusWire reported that Maidbot had closed a Series B round led by RB.[5] By 2023, independent trade coverage referred to Tailos as the company formerly known as Maidbot.[6][7]
Products
Its products include Rosie, a commercial robotic vacuum for hotels and other commercial spaces.[8][9] In 2023, the company announced TAILOS Swarm, a system designed to allow multiple robots to clean large indoor spaces independently.[10]
