Tim Castle is a British author, negotiation trainer and speaker based in Singapore. His work focuses on negotiation, sales, influence, trust-building and the role of artificial intelligence in professional communication and business negotiation.
Career
Castle is the author of The Art of Negotiation: How to Get What You Want (Every Time), published in 2018. The book was cited in a 2024 article in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers on negotiation strategies and techniques.[1]
In 2019, Castle's book Be The Lion was reviewed by HRM Asia, which described it as a self-help book drawing on motivational writing, business psychology and the author's own experiences.[2]
Castle's book The Momentum Sales Model: How to Achieve Success in Sales, Exceed Targets and Generate Explosive Growth was shortlisted in the Sales & Marketing category at the Business Book Awards 2024.[3] In 2025, the book received a silver medal in the sales category at the Axiom Business Book Awards.[4]
Castle has been quoted by business media on negotiation and career strategy.
