Tory Lowe
Tory Lowe (born July 5, 1976) is an American community activist, radio host, and advocate based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is known for his work assisting families affected by missing persons cases, homicides, and other community crises. He is the host of The Tory Lowe Show on 101.7 FM “The Truth” and has been active in Milwaukee community organizing since the early 2010s.
Early life and education
Tory Lowe was born on July 5, 1976, and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He attended North Division High School, where he participated in football and media-related activities, including a student video production program.
Lowe later attended Iowa Lakes Community College in Estherville, Iowa, where he played football and became involved in broadcasting. During his time there, he was elected as a student broadcasting leader and contributed to media production initiatives.
Community activism
Lowe returned to Milwaukee around 2010 and began engaging in community activism, initially focusing on neighborhood improvement efforts and local organizing. His work expanded to include advocacy related to police practices, housing issues, and community violence.
He has organized protests and public demonstrations, including events addressing local policing concerns and broader national issues.
