Comment: I can't find any secondary coverage of the company or product other than the articles about scams and malware. I appreciate the effort to write about the issues here, but I'd suggest instead adding material to the article at Technical support scam, including the section at Technical support scam#Confidence tricks. UltraViewer is a remote desktop application distributed by DucFabulous Co Ltd. The proprietary software provides remote access to Windows systems and supports both windows server and client systems, including XP to Windows 11. It has features such as remote control, file transfer and chat.

Abuse and security
Like other remote desktop applications, UltraViewer has been widely misused by threat actors conducting technical support scams.[1] In these schemes, scammers utilize deceptive browser pop-ups or cold calls impersonating large technology firms to convince users to install the software. Once remote access is established, perpetrators manipulate the target system to steal credentials, download malware, or access banking details.[2] The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) named UltraViewer among the utility programs favored by global fraud operations due to its ease of deployment.[3]
Attackers have made websites that appear to offer free downloads of UltraViewer and other business software, but actually provide malware.[4][5]
