VOdds is a sports betting brokerage and bookmaker aggregation platform operated by Ole Group International B.V., a company registered in Curaçao.
History
VOdds was established in 2016 and is based in Willemstad, Curaçao. The platform is operated by Ole Group International B.V.[1] It initially operated under Curaçao master licence No. 8048/JAZ issued through Antillephone N.V. and later transitioned to a direct Curaçao Gaming Authority licence following the implementation of Curaçao’s Landsverordening op de kansspelen (LOK) reform on 20 December 2024. VOdds uses Globenance Solutions Ltd., a Cyprus-incorporated company, as its authorised payment agent.[2]
In 2016, VOdds launched its Odds Scanner tool, an odds-comparison feature that aggregates real-time pricing from connected bookmakers. At launch, the tool covered football (including the Premier League, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers), basketball (NBA and EuroLeague), and tennis (ATP and WTA tours, including Grand Slams).[3]
Operations
VOdds operates as a betting broker rather than a bookmaker. Bets are placed directly with third-party partner bookmakers, while VOdds provides the technology platform and single-wallet interface. The platform focuses primarily on football, basketball, and tennis, while also offering markets for cricket, esports, MMA, boxing, and hockey.[4]
