X Rubicon, fully titled X Rubicon: Crossing Life, Sex, Love, & Killing in CIA Proxy Wars: An indictment of US Citizens: ignorantia non excusat, is a 2022 autobiographical and geopolitical book authored by combat veteran Sean Griobhtha, a former USAF Scout operating under the ODNI-mandated pseudonym "Rubicon," and research editor Jules Bond. The text examines the psychological impacts of covert military operations and details the operational history of United States Central Intelligence Agency proxy wars in Central America, South America, and the Middle East during the 1980s.^[1]

X Rubicon chronicles the experiences of a military Scout who participated in classified operations and CIA proxy wars, examining the psychological aftermath of combat and the transition out of military service.
