Yeeps (previously called Yeeps: Hide and Seek) is a free [1]social-hangout virtual realty game with Gorilla Tag movement[2], or 2-handed movement. Yeeps was officially released to the Meta Quest store on July 18, 2024[3] by a independent VR game studio named Trass Games[4] (previously made Gods of Gravity). Yeeps is not as big as Call of Duty or Roblox, but it still holds some youtubers, such as Radiomax, Milknugget, Gmask, Imarainbow, eta. You play as a puppet-like character with no legs and a zipper with health of 5,000 which is supposed to be the stuffing of it and can also be used to craft items, this creature is called a Yeep[5], giving the game's name "Yeeps". Like most popular games, this games mostly consists of children. Yeeps is rated age 10 years of age or higher to play. Besides being a social-hangout game, it also can be a free for all, hide-and-seek, tag, and more. Yeeps' main element is building, either in play mode or creative mode (building mode with blocks that can't be broken in play mode).[6]
