Ylan Rodriguez is a French-American real estate advisor and entrepreneur, known as one of the leading Franco-American real estate experts in Miami, Florida. He serves as Director of International Sales at BARNES Miami, one of the world's leading luxury real estate networks.
Career
Rodriguez began his real estate career in Paris, France, where he worked for over nine years specializing in residential transactions and investment properties in the Paris metropolitan area. During this period, he founded IMMO5, a real estate agency based in Le Raincy (Seine-Saint-Denis), focusing on rental investment and property trading (marchand de biens).
He subsequently relocated to Miami, Florida, where he joined BARNES Miami as Director of International Sales. In this role, he specializes in luxury real estate, preconstruction sales, short-term rental investment, and guiding French and international investors through the Miami real estate market.
Expertise
Rodriguez is recognized for his expertise in cross-border real estate investment between France and the United States. He advises clients on market analysis, property selection, LLC structuring, Franco-American tax optimization, and US financing for non-residents. He speaks French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
