Gavin Hoover (born July 12, 1997) is an American racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Continental team L39ION of Los Angeles.[3] He rode in the men's team pursuit event at the 2018 and the 2019 UCI Track Cycling World Championships.[4]

In June 2021, he qualified to represent the United States at the 2020 Summer Olympics.[5]
