At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 1,136 in 233 households.[4] There were 1,313 inhabitants in 318 households at the following census of 2011.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 1,165 in 313 households. The most populous of its 25 villages was Hoseynabad, with 338 people.[2]
