James "Jim" D. Libby (born November 14, 1960)[3] is an American politician. A Republican, he has served as the Member the Maine State Senate from the 22nd district. The district includes Cumberland County, Oxford County, and York County.[4]

Libby currently serves on three committees: the committee on Education and Cultural Affairs,[5] the committee on Taxation,[6] and the committee on Senate Conduct and Ethics.[7]
