Myles Purchase is an American college football cornerback for the Iowa State Cyclones.

Early life

Purchase attended Cherry Creek High School located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. Coming out of high school, Purchase was rated as a three-star recruit, where he committed to play college football for the Iowa State Cyclones.[1][2]

College career

During Purchase's first collegiate season in 2021, he appeared in all 13 games for the Cyclones, where he notched 13 tackles with a half tackle being for a loss, and a pass deflection.[3][4] Heading into the 2022 season, Purchase earned a starting spot in the Cyclones secondary.[5] During Purchase's first two seasons as a starter in 2022 and 2023, he totaled 97 tackles with seven being for a loss, a sack, 18 pass deflections, and a forced fumble in 25 games.[6][7][8] In week ten of the 2024 season, Purchase recorded his first career interception, in a loss versus the Texas Tech Red Raiders.[9]
