Netradyne is a private technology company specializing in artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing for fleet safety and management. It is headquartered in San Diego, California, with a major office in Bengaluru, India.[1][2]
History
Netradyne was founded in 2015 by Avneesh Agrawal and David Julian, both are former employees of Qualcomm, an American multinational corporation which creates semiconductors, software and services related to wireless technology.
The company is incorporated in the U.S., and its corporate headquarters is in San Diego, California.[3]
Netradyne strategically established engineering operations in San Diego, US, and Bengaluru, India, thereby positioning itself at the intersection of Silicon Valley innovation and India's burgeoning technology landscape.
In January 2025, Netradyne became India's first Unicorn (valuation exceeding $1 billion) after getting the Series D funding of $90 million from Point72 Asset Management, Qualcomm Ventures, and Pavilion Capital.[4]
