Network Security Platform

The McAfee Network Security Platform is a network-based intrusion prevention sensor appliance that is used in prevention of zero-day, DoS (Denial of Service) attacks, spyware, malware, botnets and VoIP threats. It was formerly known as IntruShield.[1]
