PCNA-associated factor (also called “PCNA clamp associated factor”) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PCLAF gene (previously KIAA0101).[5][6][7] The PCLAF protein binds to PCNA and regulates DNA repair during DNA replication.[8]

Interactions

PCLAF has been shown to interact with PCNA.[5]
