Talk:AUTINDEX

It is said that the page is mere advertisement. Well, could anyone explain me that? Of course, the page describes a commercial product (which is the result of research). What else can I do than describing what it is, what functionality it has etc.. The idea for this article came up by realising that there is a list of text mining software where ours is missing. Most of this software mentioned there has a similar reference. So, what are you referring to? I am not saying this is the best software in the world, buy it and you will be happy, but rather there is a software package with such and such functionality. Where is advertising?

Well, I wonder why 'notability' has been doubted about 'AUTINDEX'. The publications that are cited are from notable conference proceedings, national (in Germany) as well as international. Our institute has been a notable entity for 30 years in the field of 'language technology'. 'AUTINDEX' has been sponsored by the German Ministry of Economy and Technology and so on and so forth.

However, I am happy to accept any advice for improvement. It is not my intention to advertise or promote our software, our institute. I simply have the intention to contribute information on our AUTINDEX software the same way as many others do that have an entry in the list of text mining software.
