Feedback

Ok - musings below: Casliber (talk · contribs) 12:03, 1 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

  • I think any info on why it was placed in different genera would be very welcome in the taxo section, otherwise it does come across as a bit list-y.
  • No subspecies or regional variation?

Inconsistency

"The African crake is a smallish crake" vs "The African crake is larger than the corn crake". Not sure if it's the smallish crake, but it's definitely smaller than corn crake.--Vicpeters (talk) 20:33, 13 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

AEWA

The species is listed in official site of this organization as Crecopsis egregia. Is information in Status section outdated?--Vicpeters (talk) 16:27, 23 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

Normative usage of "genus"

For the normative syntax of the combination of "genus" with an associated Linnaean name, see any of the following Google Ngrams: #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6. I hope the pattern is obvious. WolfmanSF (talk) 05:35, 8 February 2018 (UTC)Reply
