Hello Wikipedia, my name is Kolton. I am an employee of Agiloft and I am here to make suggestions. I noticed this page is missing some operational information, so I would like to suggest this be added in a new section. Something named "Operations" or similar. Here is the content I am suggesting:
Agiloft is headquartered in Redwood City, California.[1] It is led by CEO Eric Laughlin.[1]
The company reported more than 600 customers, as of 2020.[1]

Hello editors, Kolton here. I would like to make another suggestion to this article.
- Add:
- Agiloft received a $45 million investment in 2020 from FTV Capital.[1] That year, Eric Laughlin succeeded Earl as chief executive officer. Earl became chief technology officer.[2]
- (This should be placed right before the paragraph "In May 2024, the global investment firm…" to fit the timeline.)
- Add:
- KKR, a private equity firm, took a majority stake in Agiloft in May 2024.[3]
- (This should be placed right before the paragraph "In December 2025, Agiloft appointed Jason Barnwell…" to fit the timeline.)
- Add:
- By April, the technology was integrated into its contract lifecycle management platform.[4]
- (This should be placed after before the sentence "In January 2025, Agiloft announced the acquisition of Screens…" since it is about this acquisition.)
- Remove:
- Integral Solutions continued to build on this application adding call center and CRM functionality.[9] For a time the company was known by the name of the SupportWizard software.[10]
- (This is poorly sourced)

Rename Software section and clean up sources
| The user below has a request that an edit be made to Agiloft. That user has an actual or apparent conflict of interest. Hello editors, Kolton here. I would like to make a suggestion to rename the Software section to Products and technology so it is a more accurate description. I have a few content suggestions since sourcing in this section is not up to Wikipedia's guidelines.
- Add:
- Agiloft operates in contract lifecycle management, which includes automation tracking.
- (To be placed after the first sentence in the section. This is sourced to the same source (PC Magazine) as the first sentence and just adds a more clear understanding to what the company does.)
- Remove:
- In February 2025, Agiloft expanded its contract lifecycle management platform with additional artificial intelligence features under its "AI Your Way" initiative. The updates included enhancements to ConvoAI Document Q&A, enabling users to query large contract documents, and new capabilities within the GenAI Prompt Lab for clause analysis, anonymization, risk flagging, and mismatch detection.
- (While the link doesn't work to this source, I was able to locate a functioning URL. Despite this, Enterprise Times appears to be a blog, which is not considered as a reliable source here. )
- Remove:
- The platform is configured via a web-browser with dropdown menus and drag and drop tools to configure functions or build new applications.
- (This is sourced to a Forbes contributor piece, which is not permitted per reliable source guidelines)
- Remove:
- The contract management portion of the software allows for the automation of creation, workflow, and renewal of contracts which has been used in the healthcare field.
- (This source from "RevCycleIntelligence" could not be found even when trying to search online, so the content is unverified. The suggestion for new text above from "PC Magazine" should be a sufficient replacement.)

Hello editors, Kolton here. I would like to make another suggestion to this article.
- Update "Key people" in the infobox:
- key_people = [1]
- (The current list is outdated)
- Add:
- The company offers a configurable, no-code platform to manage contract workflows and related business processes.
- (to the very end of the lead section. This is a large part of the company and necessary in a description of it.)
