Talk:Altera Hardware Description Language

Like C

AHDL syntax seems much more Pascal-like than C-like. (Just like VHDL is ADA-like) 82.235.248.63 (talk) 08:21, 9 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's sort-of legacy now. German page fully updated with links to Intel/Altera manuals. Regards 17387349L8764 (talk) 15:04, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Synthesizable

It says "an advantage is that all constructs are synthesizable". I don't see the point. That same statement is true for the synthesizable subset of VHDL. Paul Koning (talk) 16:53, 14 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Page should be updated, @Paul Koning. AHDL seems very much in the past. I updated German page if you want to compare, including manuals provided (OCR'd!) by Intel. Regards 17387349L8764 (talk) 15:05, 20 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
