What is spam?
A list of software for bandwidth test has been removed from the article. Why? Wikipedia:Spam says that "differentiation should be made between spam articles and legitimate articles about commercial entities". Is it okay to put these back? Mange01 23:00, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

- Please read our policy about what Wikipedia is not, particularly the section that states that Wikipedia is not a collection of external links. The list above is a list of commercial providers. The only links that should be included in the External links section are articles that tell the reader more about what a bandwidth test is and maybe one link to a repository of links to providers like DMOZ.
