Apparently, BlueSky Software became eHelp (http://www.freshnews.com/news/computers-internet/article_16065.html?Blue+Sky+Software) and the got aquired by Adobe (http://www.adobe.com/macromedia/proom/pr/2003/ehelp/press_release.html)...
