rewrite
Did a major rewrite of this article today. Added references and links. It still needs improvement but I've removed the deletion warning. If it can be knocked into shape it should be. It is a subject with a notable influence on wartime and postwar children and young people, as I believe the references support.

Viewpoints
This article only discusses the topic from the viewpoint of Great Britain and, to a lesser degree, Dresden and Vienna. Input on the topic from conflicts other than World War II is needed. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 17:32, 8 September 2010 (UTC)
