Talk:Captain Marvel

Contradictory statements

I don't understand the apparently contradictory statements that Captain Marvel as a comic book hero DOES NOT EXIST and the first link on this page that talks about the Fawcett comic book hero Captain Marvel, which was made into the show, Adventures of Captain Marvel (listed as the first comic book hero on film).

I didn't want to just change it in case there is some subtlety of which I am unaware. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

It's very poorly phrased, obviously, since the page is a list of characters that have gone by the name "Captain Marvel." It also "shouts" needlessly, like the editor , for some reason, was angry. I'll rephrase it, nicely. oknazevad 02:03, 27 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
