I read the entire first part of the definition, and I still have absolutely no idea what Common Coding Theory is.

I am completely with you. I abandoned it halfway through, read your comment and decided that it's not just me. Perhaps I should be reading about Mirror neuron's instead?? This is so unpleasent to read, "predictions regarding the nature of action and perceptual representations" is NOT friendly.

Hold on a second.

I speak english. Coding theory says that percepting, imagining and acting are the same thing in the brain. The only difference being that certain actions can be influenced by us using our muscles. Dr.Gonzo
