Trinket.io
I just came across "Trinket.io"
(...in a recommendation by Wired's Rhett Allain: https://www.wired.com/story/ditch-that-fancy-scientific-calculator?mbid=nl_8817_p4&CNDID=44442637)
Is there a reason it's not listed here? DKEdwards (talk) 21:18, 22 August 2017 (UTC)

Inclusion criteria
As per WP:NLIST, I propose that only editors with an article be included in this list.
Other similar articles that follow the same rule include List of Python software, List of free and open-source software packages, and Comparison of integrated development environments.
I think this discussion is also of interest: Talk:List of Python software#Recommended Inclusion Criteria. Uwsi (talk) 21:48, 22 September 2025 (UTC)
"Playground" (mis)linkage
is "Playground" really supposed to link to the page about children's playground? This might be a stupid question, but I didn't remove the links thinking that it could possibly be for the purposeful analogy. Myselfthethird (talk) 19:25, 8 February 2026 (UTC)
Proposal to consider adding Coodeverse
Coodeverse is a free, browser-based online coding platform launched in late 2025. It provides compilers/interpreters for languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Python, TypeScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS/JS web projects. Features include live code execution (no signup/install needed), structured tutorials/courses, practice exercises, and portfolio projects.
It functions similarly to several existing entries in the table (e.g., JDoodle, OneCompiler, paiza.IO, codiva.io — free access, multi-language compiled/interpreted support, browser-only).
If this meets the article's inclusion standards (or pending the ongoing discussion on stricter criteria from September 2025), a suggested table row could be:
Playground: Coodeverse Access: Free C: Yes C++: Yes Objective-C: No Java: Yes Other: JavaScript, Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, C#, SQL, HTML/CSS/JS, etc. Website/reference: Coodeverse
Note: As a newer platform, it lacks independent third-party coverage or a standalone Wikipedia article at present. I'm happy to provide more details on supported features/languages if helpful, or wait for better sourcing/notability.
Thanks for any feedback or consideration. Krishnabasnettt (talk) 10:50, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
