People listing: incomplete and long

The listing of People (given name) is incomplete, and long. Many people are not in the list, while they have entries in Wikipedia.

I propose the following:

  1. People should NOT be the first section of this page ... because it is very long ... why not put it as the last section?
  2. See Also OR People should include a link to the search results: wikipedia pages containing 'doris'. ... this would cover any less-notable entries not explcitly identified on this page, as well as new entries which have not yet been considered for inclusion here..

The second proposal, above, begs the question:

  • what criterion to include someone on this disambiguation page?
