This article doesn't appear very useful at all. It only serves to a) provide a definition of ERC, which is better placed in a dictionary or the NANP article, and b) criticize the NANPA for allowing geographical assignments of NPA 775 and 321 but not 777. NPAs 775 and 321 are not easily recognizable codes given the NANPA's definition. What purpose does this information serve but to confuse the reader?
