First off, I want to declare a conflict of interest, and let you know that I work for London and Quadrant. See my user page for further details about me.

I'm here to put forward some references and information about the organisation, and not to directly edit this page. Having read the information about conflict of interest on Wikipedia, I hope I'm approaching this correctly.

I'd like to refer you to London and Quadrant's most recent financial statements, which are available in several places:

Could I point out some updates for your consideration, and refer you to the recent financial statements as a reference for these updates:

· The logo published in the side bar is not our current logo. The current logo is shown on our website at lqgroup.org.uk (and in the financial statements).

· Employees – at the time of publication of our latest statements, we had 2290 employees.

· We are not, to our knowledge, London's largest landlord. An alternative claim, that we use, is: "L&Q is one of the UK's leading housing associations and one of London's largest residential developers."

· We manage over 90,000 homes (the Wikipedia page states 70,000)

· In the last financial year, our turnover was £756 million
