Library system is a closely related topic and would be better served by this article, clarifying any distinctions between a network of branch libraries and a consortium of libraries with different parent organizations. Addedentry (talk) 13:07, 3 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I think this is good, but 1) Library branch and library system are different font sizes. 2) We should add Library consortium under library system as a 3rd additional paragraph (and link to the main article) 3) Library system (called a library service in the United Kingdom and perhaps other countries as per Wikidata:Q26271642 which oddly doesnt have the label Library System at all - Library Network is the other English label) in my understanding can be a whole service over a number of the branches, not the central management team/building/office (or can it be both?). The content of Library system was merged into Library consortium on 10 April 2018. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists. For the discussion at that location, see its talk page.
