CAL FIRE switch 32905 back to 27974
Why did CAL FIRE switch 32905 to 27974? It was 32905 nearly half an hour ago 2603:8080:D03:89D4:B181:97B6:1811:48B (talk) 02:23, 11 September 2024 (UTC)
- Yeah, I'm not sure. Watch Duty reports "32,904 acres, per mapping by Cal Fire intel aircraft". What source should we use to update the page? I think maybe the CalFire website is slow to update. JoshuaTheBestGuy (talk) 03:05, 11 September 2024 (UTC)
Damaged / Destroyed Structures
What should we do about writing about damaged / destroyed structures? Should we wait until official numbers are posted by Cal Fire or can we provide our own accounts. For example, as seen by the KELLER PEAK 1 camera, the Keller Peak fire lookout has been damaged by the fire, but that hasn't been reported by Cal Fire.
