The point of a disambiguation page is not to list every possible definition or use of a particular word in the English language; disambiguation pages are meant to assist a Wikipedia user in finding an existing page whose topic is (or could be) the actual word or combination of letters used in their search query.

Before adding a topic to this page, ask yourself:

• If you were looking for this topic on Wikipedia, would you simply and only type the letters "Os" or "OS" as your search word?
• Are there people who might refer to your topic by only using the term "OS"?

Having said that, these are the edits I made to this page:

• Removed any red-links or references to topics which do not have articles of their own and lack coverage elsewhere in Wikipedia
• Removed such links as Orba Squara and Outlaw Star since I can find no indication, either in their Wikipedia articles or elsewhere, that either topics are known simply by the initials "OS"
• Removed such links as Os penis and "External orifice of the uterus, the external os"; these are just terms which include the word "os" but are not links to articles about "os"
• Removed such entries as the "World Meteorological Organization country code" of Austria or the "ISO 639 alpha-2 code" for the Ossetian language, because anyone searching for these topics would not likely use "OS" as their search word
