Snapshots

The wikipedia article on Snapshots [[1]] states:

<quote> Operating systems

The Phantom OS is based on a snapshot concept, saving the state of all applications by design. </quote>

... but I see nothing in this article that talks about that, at best it is very weakly implied, but I'm not even sure I see anything like that.
