Powell Library Tasering Incident

Powell is unique in its exceptional salience due to the tasering incident. While mention need not be made on the main page, I think a brief reference on the discussion page is not without merit. Thoughts? Is the page concerned with Powell Library, as structure, or as institution? The latter seems to demand some reference to policy, including that which led to the unfortunate episode. 140.247.248.204 18:41, 2 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Resemblance to church at Ravenna

The architecture of this library bears a striking resemblance to the San Vitale Basilica in Ravenna built by Justinian I. Do we have any sources supporting a conclusion that the architect may have borrowed from that model as well?--The Diamond Apex (talk) 22:56, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
