We may need this to turn into a disambiguation page instead of a redirect. I see that there are a few topics that are close (Red Rose Tea), and currently 'Red Rose' redirects to the simple 'Rose' article.

However I am working on a page for a song released by the German band Alphaville called 'Red Rose,' it was one of their singles back in 1987.

Does anyone disagree that we should create a disambiguation page for 'Red Rose' to give readers pointers to the various pages that may be relevant?

I expect to have the Red Rose article live this weekend (it's not public yet).
