Planet of the Apes

Why is there no discussion of his screenplay for Planet of the Apes. I came to his page hoping to learn why his name was initially left off the movie. — MiguelMunoz (talk) 01:11, 4 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Will discuss it inline when I have a moment. Might do it tomorrow. Viriditas (talk) 09:42, 13 June 2025 (UTC)Reply

In Search of…

Just removed from the As narrator subsection the unsourced claim that Serling was the narrator of the TV series of that title from 1973 to 1975. Unfortunately, this is a total fabrication. According to the linked article about the series, it aired from 1976 to 1982, not 1973 to 1975, and preproduction didn’t begin until after Serling was dead. Serling hosted three made-for-tv documentaries not titled In Search of… from the same producer and was first choice to host a spin-off TV series, but he didn’t live to participate in the eventual production. If you are trying to document that he hosted those documentaries, then you need to list them as separate productions with their correct titles. ~2026-29091-38 (talk) 20:47, 10 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
