Clinical Significance
A longer than normal styloid process can also compress the internal jugular vein. Possibly causing or at least exacerbating tinnitus. That is the case with me. See my write up in Eagle Syndrome (Talk). 2001:8003:E40F:9601:B8E5:9D6C:A6D0:E6A6 (talk) 01:03, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
