Template:Navigation list/doc

When to use

Put this on a page if it's main value is navigating to other articles, especially long lists of (mostly) bluelinks with no or very short descriptions.

Navigation lists are allowed to, but not usually required to, have inline citations. Navigation lists are not realistic candidates for Wikipedia:Featured lists, even if someone put a lot of effort into them.

How to use

Put {{navigation list}} at the bottom of the page, after all of the content but above the categories, similar to the placement of a {{disambiguation}} footer template.

Use {{list of lists}} for navigation pages that are lists that help people to navigate to other list articles (e.g., List of lists of lists).
