Categorizing
Put the appropriate category on the state's template.
For example,
[[Category:Congressional delegations from Maryland navigational boxes|087]](using 3-digit Congress)
[[Category:87th United States Congress templates|Maryland]]
should be manually placed on {{USCongRep/MD/87}}
Editing subtemplates
Note that this template is associated with many subtemplates (one of which is linked above). They begin with the name "USCongRep" followed by a slash and a state's abbreviation, such as MD for Maryland. Then there is another slash followed by a number:
- {{USCongRep/MD/87}}
In this example the number indicates the 87th U.S. Congress. Subtemplates are found on the subject's page after this start template. Those subtemplates are usually unprotected and are the templates that may need corrections. (NOT this protected template!)
