These seem to be the football alignments. Regions for other sports seemingly can be different.
For 2010 Region 7 is losing Pinson Valley to 5A and will be picking up Austin from Region 8. I didn't make the changes to the actual template since the 2009 playoffs have not wrapped up yet.
