Masterman should probably be listed as a high school and as a middle school, it is basically two schools co-located and under the same principal, but operate completely separately. The most important distinction is one must apply to the high school as one applies to any of the magnet high schools, regardless of whether one is a student in the middle school and more than half of the middle school residents do not attend the high school.
