Capitalization of ranks are inconsistent. Not done: This is a WP:PERENNIAL concern. Local consensus is for ranks to not be capitalized. @Necrothesp: can correct me if I'm wrong about this. Suggestion to change title of US Army rank "Private Second Class" under OR-2 to "Private (E-2)" and title of US Army rank "Private" under OR-1 to "Private (E-1)" per https://www.army.mil/ranks/. Click on rank indicated, read article from the Army on the rank and it's name. Not done: The source you provide doesn't specify E-1 or E-2, it just says Private (unless I'm missing something). Oh, I see what you're talking about now.
