Adam Francis Loughran Son of Neal Francis Loughran and Joan Mary Wolterman, Adam Loughran was born in Costa Mesa CA, March 26, 1964. He is number seven in a family of eight boys. The Loughran brothers in order from oldest to youngest include Steve, David, Greg, Keith, Gary, Chris, Adam and Robert. Located in Huntington Beach, Adam now resides with his wife Kim and three children, Drew, Leah and Grant. More information can be located at the Loughran Family Web site.

Adam spent his early life surfing, listening to the early 80’s punk music while attending Edison High School in Huntington Beach, CA. Adam graduated from Edison in 1983 and soon joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Soon after joining the church, Adam served a mission for the Church in the Tennessee Nashville Mission. Adam credits his LDS mission as a major turning point in his life.

Adam Loughran finished his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at Brigham Young University in 1997 and moved back to Huntington Beach where he resides today.

Adam is a Director of Linux and Data Center Technology Specialists at Novell, Inc. His other notable career accomplishments include Manager of Integration Labs at Novell as well as a Senior Systems Engineer working with Novell’s State and Local Government customers in Southern California.

Adam Loughran enjoys a myriad of activities that include surfing, skiing, scuba diving, golf and many other water sports. Adam still loves music and attends as many small venue concerts as possible. In 2005, Adam attended approximately 28 live shows including Elvis Costello, PJ Harvey, Finn Brothers, Pete Yorn, Social Distortion, and even Green Day.

Adam Loughran’s son Drew A. Loughran is the founding member and drummer of The Targets as well as offensive lineman for the mighty Edison Chargers.
