Born to Annette Claire Jenkin and James Frederic Clacy 31st October 1971,(Halloween) Ben Clacy 'Bass-Player' was the youngest of the three children that were Born of three children , the other two being;'Sister' Marissa Terese Helen December 1967 & Lee James Clacy that was Born in 1963. Fortunately Ben was blessed to be a musician in the family as a 'Guitarist ' then Bass player. From the early age of around 6 yrs old, Ben Clacy 'Bass' was given a 'UKULELE' on his 4th birth=day and 'DAd'one night' had sparked Ben's initial interest in the 'music business..." time Brother' Lee James Clacy' was undiagnosable & Neurologically imparted through possible 'Autism' or..at the time was called a 'Minimal Brain Dysfunction' .,.. Still 'miraculously' 'Brother(Lee) began to teach his 'Little brother' Ben how to play Guitar..'and for the first time 'ben' ;knew what he wanted to be .by the age of 13, Ben was performing in front of crowds playing Guitar and BAss at the local Hotels which included (Rolling Stone Hotel near Townsville Australia Qld.)( with his father (Jim Clacy) Dad, 'James Clacy' who was in a band at the time called 'Three Phase' decided to call there new family band,'ACE OF HEARTS' It all 'ended early in the 1980's when Ben was now only 19yrs of age playing with mark lawson an awsome guitarist singer ,. Ben Moved ahead and Joined a band called The Larrie Cook Blues Band. AKA(Previosly Blues Brother Show in Australia.WARNER BROS) playing in Such blues bands as Larrie cook Blues 'moved to and from Brisbane (Australia) Ben toured & supported bands such as BB King, George Thourogood, Dyvynls, Screaming Jets, Vanessa ammorossi,and others.at an early age Bens mother died of Liver Cancer in early 2000. His father moved away Quickly from Townsville,And 're-married to a 'Chinese' woman named 'Anna, a(lovely women) ,,but at the same time it seemed so very quick' and such a drastic re-position, When ben found out that jim had sold the house that he had grown up in with with his family and mooved from 'Townsville to Brisbane" his dissapointment was that ;Dad had not saved the 'Concrete underneith the steps that held our baby ' old 5..9 &13 year'old Hand -Prints pushed into Cement that was once our family 'HOME" but now Only a few years later,'Some-one elses 'Developer Site'?) // Jim continued to contact his son Ben ,(Bass-Player) after the millennium had turned Around. And as Father 'Jim' had been' Mentored and Played with such artist as Billy Thorpe' And in his younger years Went to Salisbury state high- school 'BRISBANE" AUSTRALIA I Suppose Jim' had always wanted his 'son' Ben to achieve some 'better gratification as a ;Musician' then he had ever done by playing with such 'Bands 'as the Fire-Birds & stilettos ,'Brisbane' Australia..": was a funny place back in 1959 but "NOW" there might be the opertunity to 'master' the music "industry ....And it 'Required many skills'.... Ben Clacy 'Has' those skills. And as a 'Session'Bass Player He "could, & still Possess the 'Skills' to deliver... 20 years later and now with Over 20 years/ and possibly almost 2000+ performances/Gigs & touring .."Hundreds of professional Bands" in the U.S,Canada & Australia, Ben Clacy has finaly returned to his home town of Melbourne as a 'Seasoned musician .,

Warwick he plays was hand made in Germany and is a 'custom altered Bass guitar with 'Active 18volt Circuit EMG Pick-ups Double-Stack with 2$ Volume Pots from Jay-Car Electronics ..volume knobs are stuck on with 'Chewing Gum; & Gaff tape on the back to hold the battery housing 2gether ect' ....The Bass Guitar that was originly purchased by Robert Little from the John Farnam Band in Melbourne Australia 1999 but was aquired by Ben Clacy through 'Chance'..... Ben clacy's Bass guitar was Cusomized & 'personally' Modified By 'James Cargill' in Seaford Australia .The Bass then became an 'Entity' .... Ben uses it to this day and ....only uses 'Boiled up' Strings that are Stainless Steel'(Cause they don't 'Rust') any brand doesn't matter !!'Bold "be new strings sound too 'Twangy' and thus adopts the 'Boiled up "Roiteen" believering that strings are 'Time=Less"!!!

Ben is now married to Melanie Mawson Clacy Has 3 Children named Saffron moon Spice, (Born1998). Bass 'Royale' rock (2007) and Rocker Star Riff. (2010) (All are Crazy-'Rocking kids and never 'Sleep ....ever.....(Sum-Times)
