Kevin Clark is a New Orleans Based cornetist/trumpet player. He is bandleader/producer/cornetist with the DUKES of Dixieland. He has performed/toured with clarinetist Pete Fountain, Clarence Gatemouth Brown and the New Orleans Nightcrawlers Brass Band of which he is co-founder. He is a Van Laar trumpet artist and has his own signature model kevin r. clark cornet. Kevin was nominated for a 2000 GRAMMY AWARD in the Contemporary Gospel Category for “Gloryland” by DUKES of Dixieland He composed/performed and produced this album. He is also nominated for a 2020 GRAMMY AWARD with the New Orleans Nightcrawlers in the regional roots category. Kevin started with the Ringling Bros and Barnum and Bailey Circus and went on to perform at Walt Disney World with the Walt Disney World band in the Magic Kingdom while performing nightly with his band “Frankie and the west end boys” at Pleasure Island.
