User:Daniel Pulver
Daniel Pulver, an American Singer/Songwriter from The Bronx, NY, began writing music at the age of fifteen. After the tragic events of 9/11, he merged a poem he had written with an original melody to create "The Pain of Yesterday,” his first original composition.
Over the past ten years Daniel has performed at a variety of venues in New York City. He was a regular at the legendary CBGB, and currently plays several times a month at Crash Mansion, 169 Bar and Recoup Lounge. His first album, Reality, was released in 2005. His new EP, Halfway Home, features Daniel singing and playing the guitar, piano, bass and drums. He is also the songwriter, lyricist and producer of every song on the album.
Daniel’s music is inspired by a range of artists, from James Taylor, The Beatles and Neil Young to contemporary popular artists such as Gavin DeGraw, John Mayer, Coldplay, and James Morrison. Daniel describes his genre as “soulful acoustic pop.”
