My name is David Howard Elton. I am a researcher and a freelance journalist who also has served as an expert for judges and lawyers in death penalty cases (OREGON-v-Scott Dean Harberts, 2001, J. I was raised Mormon, but decided their temple ceremonies tilted toward cultism and disrespect toward Catholics and "Truth". I forced the Mormon (LDS) church to change policy inside their temples worldwide and it has been a tenuous relationship ever since. I have also defeated Guggenheim's law firm in Minn (2004) and also Senator Bob Packwood's firm, Stoel Rives (1999) which is still Oregon's largest law firm. (Packwood was a Cease and Desist on my first book, "Damage Control" about Packwood, Dick Morris and others I have helped with "Crisis Management" and "PR"...I persisted...Guggenheim was patent rights on a website I owned, ConservancySociety, for a decade. I was (am) happy to help numerous families in the Pacific NW with wrongful death and abuse of force cases. I am currently helping a total of 7 families...faves are Shonto Pete (shot in head by Spokane cop...lived) and Spokane and Portland are a focus while I have recently been asked by the city manager (David Hawker) to advise Lincoln City on "ADA" training and procedures for police intervention in "Crisis Scenario" and mentally challenged people who interact with police in controversial situations....sometimes where the perpetrator actually asks the cop to "kill me". This is called SBC or "Suicide by Cop" and often involves schizophrenia, bipolar or alcohol fueled impaired decision capacity.
