Musisi Cranmer Ddiiro Ronnie also known as Dee Jay Cramer is one of the pioneer hip hop DJs in Uganda. He is a Medical Radiographer professionally.He was born on December 7th 1997. He lived in Kazo a city suburb in Kampala city, Uganda. Dee jay Cramer started his Dj career at the age of 12. In 2013, he started an entertainment body branded Muran Hot Entertainments while still in High School. In 2016, he launched a project called The Hip Hop Cult Ug which involved a mix tape series branded "Zero 2 Hundred". In 2018, Another community project was initiated by him called "The Street Life Clinic Foundation". It initiated an E.P to be recorded annually and the first album branded " Runnin' From The Police". Dee Jay Cramer has used all his skills to impact a social and economic change on his community. His love for the hip hop culture has inspired him to build his home town for example initiating "The Street Life Clinic Foundation" which offers basic medical care and rehabilitation to individuals in his community.
