It could be reasonably said that Derek S. Witte began his cycling career when he was in college. While he was a student at Marian College in Indianapolis, Indiana, Derek S. Witte was a Collegiate National Championship Cyclist. It's not a sport he left behind when he graduated. Throughout his life, Derek S. Witte has carved out time for cycling, and he's performed admirably. For example, in July of 2011, he won the pro event of the Warsaw Criterium in Warsaw, Indiana. He repeated this performance in August of 2011, when Derek S. Witte won the professional category event of the Old Town Criterium at the Cherry Roubaix Cycling Festival in Traverse City, Michigan. Derek S. Witte continues to compete, but he also donates his time as a cycling coach and team director.
